Used records in any of Gruuve Records'  subscriptions are guaranteed to at least be in Very Good or higher condition. Many of our used offerings will be in higher condition, so subscribers can expect to receive grades ranging from VG to NM (near mint).

Very Good means: 

​

Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time.  

 

You may occasionally receive a record you already own. In that case, please consider gifting it to a friend or loved one. However, we keep track of the records we send each subscriber, and we will not send duplicates. In the event that you receive a duplicate title from us, please send us a message to support@gruuverecords.com and we will send out a replacement. You may keep the unintended duplicate record. 

 

All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued unless you receive a record in condition that is worse than our guarantee.

 

You may cancel at any time. If you purchase a quarterly or yearly plan, but cancel during the initial term, you will still be charged for the initial purchase, and we will send the records for that specified term. Your cancelation will then take effect upon the completion of your current subscription term.
