Refund Policy

All sales are final. The only instances in which refunds will be issued are in the chance that the records you receive do not arrive in the condition we guarantee. Again, for used records we guarantee them to arrive in Very Good or higher condition. If you receive a duplicate record from us, we will send another record at no additional cost to you.
